Trevarthian House is a large detached grade 2 listed building of architectural and historic interest. Situated in its own grounds, with beautiful views of St.Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay, the house lies within fifty yards of the sandy beach. Built by a Tin Smelter and Merchant by the name of Gilbert Pearce in the Victorian era, Trevarthian House was one of the largest residences in Marazion’s history. Its architectural style blends the sea-side location, with its palm trees and gardens, to the Victorian grandness of stained glass windows and large mosaic floor in the main hall.
The grounds of Trevarthian House offer a tranquil holiday setting in which to relax. The location allows guests to be opposite the beach and St.Michael’s Mount while within four hundred yards of the centre of Marazion. The private driveway joins the main road through Marazion making Trevarthian Holiday Homes easy to find and a convenient starting point for visiting the surrounding area. Penzance, St Ives and Land End are a short car or bus journey away. The apartments are all self contained and refurbished to a very high standard. There is an office, free laundry and large private car park on site. There is also a bus stop 50 yards away.
There is free Wi-Fi access at Trevarthian House.
