No 3 Coastguard Cottages is one of the oldest Cornish cottages in Marazion. It is situated directly opposite the large sandy beach of Mounts Bay, which is approximately 20 yards away, and a two minute walk from Marazion centre. Situated just off the main road of Marazion and the seafront, 'The Coastguards' is easily accessible to visitors, and has private parking and sitting area at the front of the building & a private garden at the back. Although 'The Coastguards' is set nearer the road and beach than The Gew and Trevarthian, it still has an atmosphere of peace and privacy. The childrens play area and dingy pen are opposite the cottage.

Ground Floor: Lounge with dining table, comfy modern suite, TV, DVD,VCR, electric heater etc. Superb views overlooking St. Michaels Mount. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker/microwave and fridge. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

First Floor : Bedroom 1: Double 4’6” bed, superb views of the Bay & St. Michael's Mount.Bedroom 2: Bedroom with two single 3’ beds, views of pretty courtyard. Bedroom 3: One single 2’6” bed, beautiful views of Mounts Bay. Shower room with shower cubicle.

By Road: The M4, M5 and M6 Motorways have made travel to Cornwall simple and straightforward, while within Cornwall itself the two major holiday routes, the A30 and A38 continue to improve, the fast dual carriageways as far as Bodmin, and most of the way to Penzance.

From Exeter take the A30 or A38 into Cornwall heading towards Penzance. As you approach Penzance follow the sign posts towards Marazion and St. Michael’s Mount. Once you pass the ‘Welcome to Marazion’ sign we are 150yds down the road and on you left. We have ‘Trevarthian Holiday Homes’ signs at the bottom of our drive. As you reach the top of the drive our office faces you in the coartyard.
