Accommodation can be provisionally reserved by email, telephone or by post. Payment of either the deposit or the full amount is then required within 7 days to confirm your reservation.
If booking more than five weeks before your arrival date, only a £50 booking deposit is required to confirm the reservation per accommodation and per booking week. A confirmation letter/email will be sent once your payment is received and your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, no deposits are refundable.
Following your deposit payment, the remaining balance must be paid by five weeks before the date of arrival. The exact date will be displayed on your deposit confirmation letter/email. No Reminder will be sent. We reserve the right to re-let if payment in full has not been completed by this date (we will make every effort to contact you before cancelling your booking).
If booking within the five-week period (i.e. less than 35 days before you arrival date) it is the full amount that should be paid to confirm the reservation. A confirmation letter/email will be sent by post or email once your payment has been received.
If a booking is cancelled within five weeks of the arrival date we will endeavour to re-book the accommodation for the holiday period and, if successful for the whole or part of the period, will refund the relevant proportion of the money paid less £50 for the new booking deposit. The deposit part of your payment (£50 per week) is not refundable. If a booking is cancelled within seven days of the arrival date there can be no refund of any of the monies paid.
Prices include VAT, heating, electricity, parking & bed linen. (Own linen must be brought for cots). Duvets, sheets, pillowcases & tea towels are provided.
Towels are not provided but can be hired at £2 per set (each set is 1 hand-towel & 1 bath towel). These are best reserved at the time of booking.

Payments can be made by cheque (post), card (telephone), direct bank transfer or cash (only in person).

Cots, high chairs, boosters & z-beds are available on request at no additional cost. These are best reserved at the time of booking.
All our properties have a large colour TV & DVD player. All accommodation has free Wi-Fi.
There are laundry facilities on site at Trevarthian House, while Malvern House and The Coastguard Cottages have their own washer/dryers.
Accommodation is normally available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Keys can be collected at the main office situated in the courtyard of Trevarthian House. If arriving after 5pm please give an indication of your likely arrival time in advance.
All keys must be returned to the office on departure. Particular care is taken to see that properties are clean and tidy on arrival, so it would be appreciated if they were similarly left on departure. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
Generally our changeover days are Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday see details on each accommodation to confirm which will apply.
At Christmas/New Year changeover days are flexible.
Short breaks or part-week bookings are often available depending upon time of year. Generally, January to mid-May & late September to mid-December is when short-breaks are on offer. Sometimes we have short-breaks at peak times on a late availability basis. Please call or email us for a quote.
If you have any special requirements for a disability please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We regret that the facilities are not designed for wheelchairs. Access statements are available by post or email on request.
All our properties are ‘non-smoking’.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets on the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse large single gender bookings (eg: Sports teams) to avoid disturbance to other guests.
The number of people sleeping in the accommodation must not exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description.
The (free) car park and gardens are for guests only.
It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for injury to visitors or loss or damage to their property or non-availability of accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control.
We also reserve the right to make improvements or alterations to accommodation and facilities if necessary without notice.
Any losses or damage to the property should be reported to the office immediately and paid for by credit/debit card or cash.
